Title: Coordinated Campaign Organizing Fellows
Compensation: $20 / hour, up to 20-30 hours a week

Description:
The Alaska Democratic Party is offering a part-time paid fellowship program for people interested in electing Mary Peltola to the U.S. Senate. The part-time paid fellowship will be critical to developing and implementing a voter contact program that helps turn out voters across the state of Alaska to elect Mary Peltola to the U.S. Senate and Democrats up and down the ballot. This position will report to an assigned Deputy Organizing Director.
Successful fellows will have an opportunity to continue on as fellows or interview for potential full time opportunities on the 2026 Alaska Coordinated Campaign.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend an all fellows weekly call to provide updates to overall progress;
- Recruit new supporters and volunteers to join the Alaska Coordinated Campaign by identifying and attending significant events in communities across Alaska;
- Input all data accurately into the 2026 Coordinated Campaign VAN
- Create a positive volunteer experience that engages new people in the volunteer process and keeps people engaged throughout the cycle;
Engage in door-to-door canvassing, engaging in long-form conversations around significant issues impacting Alaskans
