Your Role:
- Pick produce orders accurately using a scanner or paper pick lists
- Inspect produce for freshness, quality, and correct quantity
- Pack and label orders according to company standards
- Stage completed orders for loading and delivery
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisor
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of related Produce experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in cold storage (34–40°F) for extended periods
- Basic reading and counting ability required
- One year of warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift or pallet jack certification is an asset (training available)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shift
