Duties
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop new business with cold and warm calls, nurturing relationships to convert leads into sales
- Become a CRM whiz to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities
- Curate client ad materials to ensure the flawless execution of campaigns
- Network and represent the magazine at trade shows and conferences to build business relationships and champion the Alaska Business brand
Skills
- Proven experience in sales and account management, with a track record of crushing goals
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on relationship-building and an ability to charm decision-makers at all levels
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and rock it as part of a team
- Proficiency using CRM software and Google Workspace
- An understanding of print and digital media advertising is preferred
- Attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines are a must
