Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with daily accounting and payroll tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with QuickBooks, payroll software, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.Responsibilities:Maintain financial records using QuickBooksAssist with payroll processing and related reportsSupport accounts payable and receivablePerform basic reconciliations and data entryCommunicate with staff and vendors (English & Spanish)Qualifications:Experience with QuickBooks requiredKnowledge of payroll softwareBilingual in English and SpanishStrong attention to detail and organization
