Inside Sales Representative AlarMax Distributors is looking to grow their team of Inside Sales Representatives in our Bohemia. NY location. Who are we? The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is customer service oriented. The position will require a multitasking, forward thinking, efficient and productive go-getter. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for all sales job duties, from assisting customers, generating leads, and increasing sales. Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. The successful candidate will stay up to date with product features and maintain our branches visual appearance in high standards, while ultimately achieving excellent customer service and consistently meeting branch sales goals.
