For more than 35 years, AMC has provided commercial security and fire protection services across South and Central Texas. We're growing our service team and looking for a detail-obsessed Service Administrator to keep our field service operation running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Manage the daily field service schedule
- Own every work order and service appointment from creation to completion
- Keep customers informed at every step with proactive, timely, and clear communication
- Coordinate between technicians, the Service Manager, and customers
- Keep records accurate and complete
What You Bring
- Experience in scheduling, administration, or field service
- Exceptional attention to detail. This is the most important part of the job.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relentless follow-through on customer communication
- Comfort working full-time in our Spring, TX office
Nice to Have
- Salesforce experience
- Security or fire alarm industry background
- College degree
What We Offer
- $50,000–$60,000 annual salary, plus bonus
