We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to support daily Accounting & Administrative office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable balancing receptionist responsibilities with clerical and administrative support tasks.
This position serves as the primary customer-facing role for the office while also helping maintain strong data integrity across internal systems. Attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and document organization
- Maintain accuracy and data integrity within company systems
- Enter and update information with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist with invoice follow-up and customer service calls
- Support administrative projects and other office tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, receptionist, or office support role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling customer service calls in a professional manner
- Ability to follow up consistently and communicate clearly
- Medium-level Excel skills required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage routine tasks efficiently
- Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
Work Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with invoices, account follow-up, or basic accounts receivable support
- Comfort learning and working within multiple systems
- Ability to identify and help correct data discrepancies

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
