Job Description;
The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business. This includes financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and risk management. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
- Lead the accounting team and oversee the development and management of accounting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks, investments, and capital structure.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Oversee financial modeling for new business ventures, expansion, and capital projects.
- Accounting:
- Overseeing the monthly close process and manage financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and lead annual audit.
- Implement accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A SMALL COMPANY IS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including as CFO or senior financial executive.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and scale financial systems.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Salary : $185,000 - $215,000
