The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing financial strategy, planning, reporting, and operations for companies making and distributing goods, requiring strong leadership, GAAP/tax knowledge, and experience in cost accounting, supply chain finance, and growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 7 - 10 years' of finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
- Experience working in the manufacturing distribution industry is a plus
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
