We care for dogs and puppies of all breeds, sizes, and backgrounds?many of whom come from situations of abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
This role is hands-on, physical, and deeply rewarding for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of dogs in need.

What You?ll Do
- Feed, water and monitor dogs and puppies daily
- Clean kennels, play yards, and common areas to maintain a safe, sanitary environment
- Assist with health care routines, medication administration, and veterinary clinic visits
- Monitor behavior, note changes, and report health or behavioral concerns
- Help with playgroups, socialization, enrichment, and daily routines
- Support intake and rehabilitation plans for newly rescued dogs
- Provide love, structure, and compassion to dogs who need it most
- Prior hands-on experience with dogs in a shelter, kennel, veterinary, or training environment (required)
- Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Hardworking, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs, handling strong dogs, cleaning, and more
- Team player with strong communication skills and deep compassion for animals
- Work directly with rescued dogs and puppies in a peaceful, healing environment
