Duties
- Customer Service & Account Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Order Management & Administrative Support
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
- Ensure accuracy of customer information, pricing, and order details
- Assist with account maintenance and documentation updates
- Support external and internal teams with customer-related information and coordination
- Other duties as assigned
Quality & Process Improvement
- Monitor order accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Support quality assurance initiatives and customer service documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service or quality concerns
- Assist in maintaining consistent customer service standards and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate order processing, delivery timelines, and customer communication
- Provide service and account information to customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM/ERP systems
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer service, account support, or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and order management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Availability to travel as needed, if applicable
