We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) / Home Health Providers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Care Attendant / Home Health Provider, your responsibilities may include:
- Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene.
- Mobility & Transfer Assistance: Help clients with walking, repositioning, and transferring safely when appropriate.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed, following clients' dietary instructions.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including laundry, washing dishes, changing bed linens, and general household cleaning.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support, friendly conversation, and meaningful social interaction.
- Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with routine activities to promote independence and comfort.
- Medication Reminders: Remind clients to take prescribed medications as directed, within the permitted scope of care.
- Safety Monitoring: Observe and promptly report changes in clients' condition, behavior, or overall well-being to the appropriate supervisor.
- Care Documentation: Accurately document services provided, complete required time records, and follow Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) procedures.
- Individualized Care Plans: Follow each client's authorized service plan and agency policies to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
All duties must be performed within the caregiver's training, authorized care plan, and applicable regulations. This is a non-medical personal care position.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and individualized care plans.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Ability to assist with daily living activities and physical caregiving tasks safely.
- Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
- Ability to meet applicable background screening and employment requirements.
- Previous caregiving or home health experience is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
