A very dynamic and high producing real estate team is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant (in NH or ME) to provide administrative and marketing support to the team leader and additional team members.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, energetic and proactive. The individual should thrive in a fast paced environment and always be thinking one step ahead to anticipate the needs of the team. Candidates should have real estate office experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage real estate transaction timelines and documentation
- Enter listings into NH & ME MLS
- Assist with file and transaction management
- Help prepare materials for listing presentations
- Support the team’s marketing initiatives and help prepare marketing materials
- Maintain detailed checklists and calendars for the team
- Oversee team’s client database
- Manage team’s social media accounts
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, lenders, and title companies
- Assist with team meetings, external communications, and events
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience managing real estate transactions
- Licensed real estate agent in NH or ME
- Proficient in:
- MLS Platforms - PrimeMLS (NH) & MREIS (ME)
- ZipForms
- DocuSign
- DropBox
- Microsoft Office Suite
This is a full-time (Monday-Friday), hybrid position.
