ASSOCIATE PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

Job Description

A prestigious Midtown NYC plaintiff's firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation and possess a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of personal injury or medical malpractice cases, from initial client intake to trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and other legal professionals to build strong cases.
• Provide clients with clear and timely legal advice throughout their case.
• Ensure all legal work is completed with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Attend in-person court appearances when required; however, some remote work is available for flexibility.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling personal injury or medical malpractice cases.
• Proven track record in managing personal injury or medical malpractice litigation, including trials.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to work with medical records.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.
• Admitted to practice law in New York State.
