A prestigious Midtown NYC plaintiff's firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation and possess a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of personal injury or medical malpractice cases, from initial client intake to trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses and other legal professionals to build strong cases.
- Provide clients with clear and timely legal advice throughout their case.
- Ensure all legal work is completed with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Attend in-person court appearances when required; however, some remote work is available for flexibility.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling personal injury or medical malpractice cases.
- Proven track record in managing personal injury or medical malpractice litigation, including trials.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to work with medical records.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.
- Admitted to practice law in New York State.
