SALES MANAGER – Alan Jay Kia
We are hiring for an experienced Sales Manager for Alan Jay Kia! This is a fantastic management opportunity for the right dynamic leader, and a terrific chance for an existing top-performing Sales Person to take the next step!! Candidates MUST have Automotive Sales experience in Florida and the desire to recruit, train and retain an outstanding sales team. Also, they should be ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved with clients, pencil deals, appraise cars, close deals and order / maintain inventory! Our dealerships are small in size, but poised to grow – sales managers experienced with smaller dealerships are preferred!
Knowledge of automotive software tools required; familiarity with CDK, DealersLink and VinSolutions CRM is a big plus! Successful applicants will be organized, process-minded & driven to exceed their sales and profitability goals!
- Oversee daily sales operations and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance dealership performance.
- Foster strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Conduct training sessions to improve team skills in sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with marketing to optimize promotional efforts.
