About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to provide critical inside support to our sales organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth and Client Solutions and supporting one other sales professional, this role is essential in ensuring our team is equipped with accurate data, efficient processes, and the logistical support they need to succeed in the field and at industry events.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across multiple systems—including HubSpot, Levitate, and LinkedIn—to drive insights, streamline operations, and elevate our team’s performance.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to lean into their analytics skills, strengthen their understanding of the sales funnel, and take on increasing responsibility in a supportive, learning-focused environment. You’ll have the chance to work across data, processes, and people—building a versatile skill set that can propel you into future roles in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales leadership.

You’ll also have the opportunity to travel (~10% to 20% of time) to conferences, supporting the team on-site and gaining invaluable exposure to the industries and clients we serve.

And, with Alan Gray recognized as a 2025-26 Great Place to Work, you’ll be joining a culture that truly invests in its employees. We’re committed to professional development, mentorship, and creating an environment where you can bring new ideas, make an impact, and grow your career with confidence. Discretionary bonus available based on performance and contributions. This is a full-time, remote role.
