As a Licensed Insurance Agent, youll play a key role in helping individuals and families find the right insurance coverage while providing top-tier customer service. This role involves building relationships, educating clients, and ensuring they feel confident in their policies. Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions. This requires strong listening skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and an approach rooted in honesty/integrity.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement. A blend of enthusiasm, persistence, and persuasion is essential.
- Prepare quotes, process applications, and maintain accurate client recordsattention to routine detailed work, efficiency, and being highly organized & planning oriented is a must
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims guidance while staying calm under pressure and demonstrating exceptional follow-through.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through proactivity, flexibility/adaptability, and teamwork.
Requirements
- An Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
- Integrity & professionalismalways do the right thing, even when no ones watching.
- Effective communicationmust be articulate and confident across various platforms (phone, email, text, social media).
- Computer proficiencycomfortable using multiple applications and adapting to software updates.
