Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of general office experience plus a four-year degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or an equivalent field. Knowledge of wealth management processes, including accounting, real estate, retirement plans, and trusts is required, along with proficiency in client account coordination with custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task and strict attention to detail are necessary, along with an energetic, approachable, and entrepreneur “customer-first” type work attitude.
