What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a team of buyers and planners

Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery

Negotiate contracts and lead sourcing strategy

Support new product launches and supplier readiness

Improve inventory performance and operational efficiency

Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance

Lead cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives

Oversee purchasing operations within our ERP
What You Bring
-
10 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in manufacturing
-
5 years of leadership experience
-
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
-
Experience with ERP/MRP systems

Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, or JIT principles
-
Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
-
Experience in agricultural or industrial equipment

Experience supporting new product launches or transformation initiatives
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

Relevant certifications are a plus
