Job Summary:
The Machinery Rebuild Specialist will work on precision of disassembling and reassembling of manufactured machinery. This position will use a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly disassemble and reassemble machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow detailed instructions, processes and procedures

Must be proficient in, or have the ability to be trained, in the following job functions: welder, hydraulics, electrical, and assembly.

Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to meet Quality Standards

Proficient use of equipment required by the job function
-
Troubleshoot problems to be able to make the proper repairs
-
Must be ready to get dirty when it comes to disassembling and reassembling the machinery
-
Adhere to safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Supervisor
- Explores methods of improving efficiency, speed, and quality of work being done
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be punctual and conscious of time.

Must be proficient in the operation of variety of hand, electric and powered tools.

Must have previous mechanical experience and/or training.

Some welding experience is preferred.

Possess the ability to read and write as well as follow instructions
-
Ability to perform basic math (add subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers in addition to understanding fractions and decimals)

Possess basic language skills (can read/and understand written instructions)
- Possess basic/general knowledge in reading/understanding schematics
- Understand equipment performance requirements
Physical Requirements:

Unimpaired speech, hearing and sight (continuous)
- Postural changes such as sitting, reaching, climbing, standing, walking
- and lifting (intermittent)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to chest high shelving
