The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving environmental, health, and safety programs within a heavy equipment manufacturing environment specializing in the engineering and production of grapple trucks, grapple loaders, and knuckle boom loaders. This position ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
The EHS Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to proactively identify risks, implement corrective actions, and support safe and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices.
