Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
- Four years’ of experience coordinating activities, programs and/or projects, employee supervision and development.
- Master's degree.
- Experience in a community college.
- Experience in mental health, social work, or case management, with trauma- and poverty-informed practice
- Experience with grant management, data collection, and reporting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: emotional intelligence, de-escalation, crisis assessment, and customer service
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.
