Minimum Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent education (60 hours) including successful completion of college-level coursework in the related field.
- 1 year of tutoring, teaching, or directly related experience.
- Experience working with a muti-cultural population of students with varying backgrounds and education.
- Demonstrated success supporting students in writing, reading comprehension, public speaking, and/or interpersonal communication through tutoring, teaching, coaching, or similar roles.
- Ability to provide constructive, strengths-based feedback across disciplines, familiarity with academic writing conventions, and presentation strategies.
