As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you'll receive sales training in AT&T mobile products and the sales processes that convert account reviews into wireless upgrades. The Entry Level Sales Assistant maintains presence across San Antonio communities, understanding each household's evolving wireless needs and recommending AT&T solutions that keep pace.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Assistant
- Represent AT&T by meeting with families and explaining how upgraded mobile accounts deliver faster service and stronger connectivity for every customer.
- Drive sales results by highlighting the benefits of switching devices and plans to a more dependable wireless network.
- Develop personalized telecom solutions that simplify technology for each customer while strengthening customer loyalty.
- Increase sales success through engaging sales demos that showcase the speed and reliability of AT&T 5G technology.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by verifying device setup and first-call quality for every new customer activation.
- Monitor community demand to uncover new sales opportunities and guide outreach efforts toward neighborhoods with rising interest.
- Help the team maintain consistent sales momentum by sharing insights gathered from daily sales interactions.
