As an Entry Level Account Assistant, you will work directly with customers to educate them on AT&T services, assist with account enrollment, and provide ongoing customer support throughout the installation and activation process.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Assistant
- Build relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions throughout San Antonio
- Educate customers on AT&T internet, connectivity, and communication solutions
- Assist customers with account setup, service options, and sales enrollment
- Maintain accurate customer account information and daily activity records
- Support customer satisfaction by delivering professional and reliable sales service
- Work closely with team members and leadership to support daily campaign operations
- Develop communication, leadership, and account management skills through ongoing training
Qualifications for the Entry Level Account Assistant
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
