What are the responsibilities and job description for the After School ABA Behavior Technician for High School Student position at Alamo Behavior Analysis?
This job is VERY different than your typical BT/RBT job!
Are you interested in working with a fascinating, brilliant, hilarious, 14 year-old who is starting his first year of public high school?
He needs a safe place to discuss social skills and process his day, as well as continued support with appropriate/respectful communication with parents and completion of household tasks.
The hours will be 3:30pm-6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
As Alamo Behavior Analysis brings on more clients in this region it will be possible to take on more hours OR this is a perfect job for a college student who wants some extra income after class.
Trust us, this learner is one of a kind, and if you have any experience in ABA, this will be a refreshing departure into the world of teens and adults that will give you back your steam if you are over the world of working with young children.
Here' s how the breakdown of pay will go:
$20 No ABA experience but has experience with autism
$21 has ABA experience but is not an RBT
$22 has ABA experience and is an RBT
$23 has ABA experience, is an RBT and has more than 2 years of experience with AB
$24 has ABA experience, is an RBT, and has started their ABA Master's experience
$25 Has finished their ABA Masters program but are still looking for supervision hours.
