What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Alamitos Physical Therapy?
We are a small well-established private practice. We see primarily orthopedic patients, young and old.
This position is a part-time, entry-level job to start. Schedule will be flexible depending on both our needs. This would be an ideal position for a new grad or a parent who may want part-time hours.
May also include some Saturday morning hours, if you wish.
Responsibilities/Duties: The typical duties and responsibilities of a medical office aide, being able to treat all patients in a warm, friendly, compassionate yet professional manner.
Further you should be a congenial, great person who likes to laugh, but is also serious about being employed in a wonderful place and can bring the correct skills to the position.
Qualities/Skills required: Cheerful, pleasant outgoing personality
Neat, healthy and professional appearance
Computer is necessary for out EMR (training provided). Social media interest and/or marketing knowledge would be a plus.
Organized and detail oriented
Provide excellent customer service
Great at multi-tasking
Reliable, accountable & flexible
