Provide training, mentorship, and performance management to maintain a high standard of food preparation and service.Resident Engagement: Ensure meals meet the nutritional needs and preferences of residents. Respond to dietary requests and concerns, fostering a positive dining experience.Menu Planning: Collaborate with clinical teams to plan menus that adhere to nutrition and dietary guidelines while accommodating individual resident needs, including special diets.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all food service operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain safe food handling practices and conduct regular kitchen inspections.Inventory & Budgeting: Manage food inventory and ordering. Maintain cost control practices to meet budgetary guidelines while ensuring quality service.Health & Safety: Promote a safe, sanitary kitchen environment.
