Patient Coordinator - Full Time
Ear, Nose, and Throat specialty practice looking for a motivated patient services coordinator looking to form part of great team.
Job responsibilities:
- Phone operator that answers phone in English
- Check in patients
- Check out patients
- Schedule appointments
- Process referrals
- Process medical records requests
- Scan documents
- Scan charts into electronic records
- Fax documents
- Process appointment cancelations
- Verify health insurance
- Provide patient’s customer service
- Email patients
- Other duties as assigned or needed
- Working at both our Burlington and Mebane locations as needed.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree or higher
Computer skills: EPIC, Proficient Health, AdvancedMD, EMA (Modernizing Medicine), NC TRACKS, Microsoft Office, Windows 10, iOS, Adobe PDF, & at least 40 words per minute typing speed.
Customer service: 3 years of experience
Patient coordinator: 2 years of experience
