Seeking qualified part-time candidates to teach English courses. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Teach curriculum courses in the subject matter in both the University Transfer and Associate in Applied Science degree areas. Courses are taught in traditional seated, online, and hybrid formats. Classes may be taught on the main campus or at area high schools. Other tasks will include the development of course plans, tests, identifying and assessing student learning outcomes, excellent communication skills with the student and the Department Head, remaining up-to-date on technology and methods of teaching with technology, maintains accurate records of student work and attendance, grading and returning student work in a timely manner, counseling students regarding their grades and progress in the course, supporting the Department, Division, and College goals, and providing requested data in a timely manner.
