Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site teaching role located in Burlington, NC. The Teacher will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, delivering educational content to students, and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities also include assessing student progress, collaborating with colleagues and families, and participating in professional development and school-wide initiatives to promote academic and personal growth for students.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to support effective instruction
- Experience in Education and Training with a focus on student-centered learning techniques
- Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse students, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying informed about innovative teaching strategies
- Possession of a valid teaching license or certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience or knowledge of specialized educational programs, such as STEM or global learning, is a plus
