Job Description
This position supports program management and analysis functions by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to develop recommendations for the Government. It is classified as a non-key personnel role but requires strong organizational and analytical capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize records or documentation.
- Support configuration management and maintain control of official documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Analyze data to support program decisions and policy recommendations.
- Ensure proper communication and documentation flow within project teams.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience performing analytical, documentation, and coordination tasks for federal or defense projects.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Required DoD Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience
- Office Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Scheduling/Tracking Systems: Familiarity with enterprise tools such as ERP or eCRAFT (Electronic Cost Reporting and Financial Tracking) systems.
- Security/Information Handling: Must comply with NIST SP-800-171 standards for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
