Teacher Opportunities – Early Childhood Education

Paid Time Off (PTO & ESTA) – Rewarding Longevity
· 90 days-1st year Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 16 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year, it equals an earned PTO of 131 hours.
· 1st-2nd year Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 14 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year, it equals an earned PTO of 149 hours.
· 2nd- 3rd year Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 13 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year, it equals an earned PTO of 160 hours.
· 3rd-4th year and Beyond Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 12 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year equals an earned PTO of 173 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- New / Lead classroom operations for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
- Maintain a structured, engaging, and safe learning environment
- Mentor and support assistant teachers
- Build strong relationships with families
- Uphold licensing and quality standards
Ideal Candidate
- Strong background in early childhood education
- Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude
- Professional, dependable, and highly organized
Preferred:
- New and 2 years of childcare or teaching experience
- Experience in a teacher role
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood (preferred but not required)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Direct support from administration
