Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will implement home-based individualized care plans and work closely with children and their families to promote positive outcomes. Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to improve social, communication, and daily living skills for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in care and maximize therapeutic outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children diagnosed with Autism or other developmental disabilities using behavioral therapy techniques.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health services.
