Job Summary
We are a family owned and operated Property Management company seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to landscaping and grounds maintenance. This role involves performing various tasks to enhance and maintain the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality results in all landscaping projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain neat and attractive landscapes.
- Assist in tree care activities, including tree trimming and removal as needed.
- Engage in groundskeeping duties such as weeding, planting, and maintaining flower beds and gardens.
- Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Participate in hardscape projects, including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing basic mechanical repairs as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment effectively.
- Experience in tree care practices, including tree trimming and health assessment.
- Strong mowing skills with attention to detail for lawn care excellence.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping best practices to enhance property aesthetics.
- Ability to build garden features or hardscape elements that complement the landscape design.
- Familiarity with various gardening techniques for planting and maintaining flowers and shrubs.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
