Transaction Services Specialist

As a Transaction Services Specialist, you will play a key role in the organization and efficiency of the company’s Transaction Team. If you enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking and troubleshooting, this just may be the place you have been searching for.
Your day-to-day:
- Factoring Operations
- Payment Posting in multiple software systems, from Wire, ACH and physical checks
- End of Day processes and balancing, working with multiple bank accounts and software systems
- Billing in multiple software systems and web portals
- Transaction processing
- Boarding, Auditing and Closing Client Files
- Filing UCC Lien & UCC Audits
- Filing 8821 tax forms
- Special Projects as assigned
- General Office Operations
- Answer general phone lines and route calls.
- Greet visitors when they arrive and general clerical work
