Position Summary
Aladdin is seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the Director of Marketing with creating content, analyzing performance, managing our CRM, and maintaining all marketing channels.
This role requires strong writing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is an entry-level role seeking for candidates that have 1-2 years of experience via internships or previous professional experience within the field of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish content across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external company events.
- Coordinate the production, filming, and editing of video content for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Support the execution of company-wide marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization on marketing projects and campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across all channels.
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with industry organizations, influencers, podcasters, and other relevant partners.
- Manage and maintain HubSpot and Mailchimp platforms.
- Support employee engagement initiatives through internal communications, newsletters, and company events.
- Perform other related marketing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
At least one year of marketing experience, including internships or any other professional experience in the marketing field
Understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, current social trends and understanding around how each social platform works
- Understanding or familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be resourceful and have strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience in B2B and/or service or product marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot and MailChimp
