What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Alacran?
This position consists of maintaining the grounds of our facilities on a full time basis. This position requires consistent physical labor throughout the day.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Drug screening and criminal background check (required)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscaping tasks such as digging, mowing, tree trimming, and landscape maintenance
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Assist with hardscape installations and repairs
- Provide general lawn care services including fertilizing, watering, and weed control
- Assist with tree care tasks such as pruning and removal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 7:00am to 3:00pm
- Monday - Friday
