Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of internal recruiting processes and the ability to utilize various tools and platforms to attract top talent. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce and ensuring that we meet our staffing needs effectively.
Duties
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct cold calling to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate candidates through interviews and assessments, providing detailed feedback on their suitability for roles.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in systems such as ADP and Kronos.
- Assist in training development for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Support internal recruiting initiatives by identifying areas for improvement in the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within an internal HR environment.
- Familiarity with HR software such as ADP and Kronos is a plus.
- Strong skills in employee evaluation techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform cold calling effectively to reach out to potential candidates.
- Knowledge of training development practices is beneficial.
- A background in human resources is preferred but not mandatory.
