Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher, located in Gainesville, FL. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, instructing students across various subjects, and fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Key responsibilities include assessing student progress, communicating with parents and guardians, and collaborating with school staff to create an optimal learning experience. Additional duties may involve participating in professional development and contributing to curriculum enhancement efforts.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education strategies to develop effective and engaging instructional content.
- Strong Teaching and Training skills to facilitate student learning and promote academic achievement.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required; Teaching certification as per Florida state requirements is necessary.
