Duties
- Manage daily operations of the oral surgery practice, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient service
- Lead and supervise clinical and administrative staff, promoting a positive team environment and high performance standards
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business reach, increase patient volume, and enhance revenue streams
- Oversee financial management including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
- Drive business development efforts through marketing strategies, community outreach, and referral network strengthening
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, improve patient experience, and boost operational efficiency
- Manage project initiatives related to facility upgrades, technology integration, or new service offerings
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within healthcare or dental practices, with a focus on oral surgery preferred
