Alabama State University seeks a full-time, on-site Assistant Professor of Biology to join its faculty in Auburn, AL. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses in biology, physiology, and microbiology. Responsibilities also include developing and revising curricula, conducting research, mentoring students, participating in academic advising, and contributing to departmental and university service initiatives. Active engagement in scholarly activities such as publications and presentations is expected as part of this role.

- Proven research skills with the ability to conduct independent and collaborative research
- Ph.D. in Biology or a closely related field (required)
