Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Early Childhood, Elementary, or Special Education.
- Hold a valid Alabama professional certificate in Early Childhood, Elementary, or Special Education.
- Demonstrate expertise in mathematics instruction and intervention, as well as early numeracy interventions including dyscalculia interventions.
- Hold a master's degree or have completed professional development recommended by the Elementary Mathematics Task Force or both.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and
acceptable.
