JOB DESCRIPTION: To provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place in which to learn, play, and develop.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Responsible for the repair, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of all school facilities and grounds. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, and the community. Applicant must be able to meet physical demands of frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 90 pounds, as well as other physical demands in carrying out the responsibilities of this position.
