What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Football Coach (CCHS) position at Alabama State Department of Education?
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports directly to the head coach and principal.
- Assists the head coach in preparing the team for competition.
- Attends all practice sessions; including spring training in football, unless spring training is conducted during a season in which you are a head coach.
- Assists the head coach in the maintenance of facilities and equipment. This includes maintenance during the summer.
- Assists the head coach in enforcing discipline and sportsmanship at all times.
- Participates in all required trainings by the AHSAA.
- Personally responsible for all fines handed down by the AHSAA.
- Other duties as assigned by the head coach.
