Alabama Landscape, Inc. is growing our commercial landscape maintenance division and is looking for a driven salesperson to help us acquire new recurring maintenance accounts throughout the Birmingham area.
This is a 100% commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential. We are looking for someone who wants their income tied directly to their results.
What You'll Sell
Your primary focus will be recurring commercial landscape maintenance contracts for:
- HOAs
- Office and medical properties
- Retail centers
- Industrial properties
- Multifamily communities
- Churches and private facilities
- Other commercial properties
This position is focused on building recurring revenue, not selling one-time residential landscape projects.
What You'll Do
- Prospect for new commercial maintenance clients
- Cold call and email potential clients
- Visit commercial properties
- Build relationships with property and facility managers
- Identify and qualify new opportunities
- Perform property walkthroughs
- Work with our team to develop pricing and scopes
- Present proposals
- Follow up consistently
- Negotiate and close maintenance agreements
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Assist with transitioning new accounts to our operations team
This is a hunter sales position. You will be expected to actively create opportunities rather than wait for leads to come in.
Compensation
100% Commission — No Cap
Base commission is 8% of first-year recurring maintenance revenue collected from qualifying new accounts.
After reaching $500,000 in new annual contract value, commission increases to 10% on additional qualifying sales for the remainder of the calendar year.
Example
Sell a $5,000/month maintenance account:
Annual contract value: $60,000
Potential commission: $4,800
Build a strong book of new recurring business and there is significant earning potential.

Commercial sales, landscaping, property management, facility services, construction, pest control, roofing, HVAC, janitorial, or other B2B service sales experience is a plus.
Landscape experience is helpful but not required. We can teach landscaping. We need someone who can sell.
