Required Education
- High school Diploma / GED
- Minimum of two years related experience/training.
- Must have a good knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent communication
- Must be able to develop schedules.
- Must have knowledge of document control processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of customer specific requirements
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 1694
Essential Functions
- Ensure that work instructions are current, at the right revision level, maintained and available at the point of use.
- Assist other departments in setting up files and work instructions related to the QMS.
- Maintain QS software and update as required.
- Follow up on internal problem reports
- Maintain status of corrective actions, both internal and external
- Ensure latest revisions of forms are used for all customer-related paperwork.
- Compile and lead monthly quality management review.
- Create monthly layered process audits.
- Develop questions for audits.
- Update charts and tracking for weekly and monthly KPI charts.
- Train new and current employees in how to do layered process audits.
- Control all documents that could influence the quality of the product.
- Lead the Quality portion of the Martinrea Orientation Module
- Run reports and check customer portals daily.
