Experience in paving or heavy civil construction preferred but not required for laborers. Ability to work outdoors in heat and weather. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor. Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn

- Perform basic equipment checks and report issues promptly
