Mission Contribution:
To increase Alabama Goodwill Contract Services jobs for people with disabilities and other people served for mission services.
Primary Functions:
Proactively coordinate existing and new contracts in accordance with Alabama Goodwill Contract Services (AGCS) objectives and strategic initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responds to emails, letters, phone calls, maintains VP Contracts and Operations calendar.
- Submit inspection reports from clients and sign off when unsatisfactory work is completed by AGCS employee(s).
- Submit monthly reports to GSA Property Managers by the 10th of every month.
- Submit monthly reports to ANG/Source America by the 10th of every month.
- Provide annual customer service feedback/surveys.
- Setup annual window washing services for GSA customer locations (Anniston, Tuscaloosa and Vance Federal Courthouse Building).
- Submit Subcontracting Plan to GSA for approval. Administer Subcontracting Plan (request financial data from Finance in a timely manner - March 30th and September 30th). Submit Subcontracting Plan twice per year (March and September)
- Prepare a training plan with sign-in sheet, agenda, and training materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Contracts and Operations.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related preferred.
- Five years of general business management experience, including specific experience in customer and community service.
- Strong communication, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, MS Office
- Time Management skills
- Applicable laws pertaining to contract employer activities, as well as all related federal, state and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Self-directed, able to perform assignments with minimal supervision.
- Exhibits the highest level of integrity and ethical standards
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions received from government entities, state agencies, private industry, employees, managers, clients, and the public.
- Fluent writing skills for planning, reporting and correspondence.
- Adhere to AGCS Core Values.
Special Requirements:
- Must be able to work occasionally after-hours and weekends.
