Alabama Furniture Market has opened a new location in Auburn and is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team PART TIME . This position supports daily warehouse operations including furniture handling, setup, and inventory organization. MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS (10-7 SATURDAYS AND 1-6 ON SUNDAYS)
Position Type: Part-Time with flexible scheduling!
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move furniture safely within the warehouse and showroom
- Lift up to 150 lbs unassisted and up to 300 lbs with assistance
- Use basic hand tools to assemble or adjust furniture
- Assist with inventory organization and order preparation
- Use basic computer systems for inventory and order tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy physical work safely
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- HAVE A VAILD DRIVERS LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
